We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Finance Client Accounts Manager to take full ownership of the finance and client accounting function within our busy property management and lettings business.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of client and business accounting, including financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, VAT compliance, payment processing, credit control, and client financial support.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Portfolio Director and wider portfolio management team to ensure the accurate management of financial transactions across a portfolio of over 1,300 properties while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and client service.
