We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to tenants, landlords, and contractors.
You will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day property operations are handled efficiently, supporting both the property management and maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and responding to tenant and landlord enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
- Scheduling property inspections and ensuring records are up to date
- Assisting with tenancy documentation, renewals, and compliance
- Maintaining accurate property and tenant records on internal systems
- Supporting rent processing and general accounts administration
- Ensuring all compliance documentation (gas safety, EPCs, etc.) is current
- Providing general administrative support to the property team
