Role: Carpenter / Joiner (Residential Maintenance)

Location: Birmingham and UK-wide Travel

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

We are partnering with a premier property developer and manager based in Birmingham to recruit a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Joiner to join their in-house maintenance team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality reactive and proactive joinery and general maintenance across a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs and planned proactive maintenance across residential sites in Birmingham.
/n
- Perform high-standard joinery tasks, including door hanging, lock replacements, kitchen and cabinetry repairs, flooring, and window framing.
/n
- Diagnose maintenance issues quickly on-site and deliver durable, high-quality fixes.
/n
- Complete general maintenance and minor multi-trade repairs as required to ensure properties remain in optimal condition.
/n
- Ensure all work is completed safely, cleanly, and with minimal disruption to residents.
/n

Candidate Requirements
/n
/n
- Essential: Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner with hands-on experience in residential maintenance (both reactive and proactive).
/n
- Relevant NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery, or time-served equivalent experience.
/n
- Multi-trade maintenance skills are highly desirable.
/n
- Full UK Driving Licence.
/n
- Professional demeanor, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
/n

Salary & Working Structure

- Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.

- Full-time, on-site role across residential properties in the Birmingham area and across the UK.
