This role focuses on delivering high-quality reactive and proactive joinery and general maintenance across a portfolio of residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive maintenance repairs and planned proactive maintenance across residential sites in Birmingham. Perform high-standard joinery tasks, including door hanging, lock replacements, kitchen and cabinetry repairs, flooring, and window framing. Diagnose maintenance issues quickly on-site and deliver durable, high-quality fixes. Complete general maintenance and minor multi-trade repairs as required to ensure properties remain in optimal condition.
