We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Accounts Assistant Credit Controller to join our growing property management and lettings team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of credit control activities, allocation of rent payments, processing supplier and contractor invoices, and supporting the efficient operation of the client accounts function. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing arrears, and delivering excellent service to tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced and professional environment, the successful candidate must be detail oriented, confident communicating with clients, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
