Sterling Recruitment Services are looking to recruit a number of experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our clients customer service team based at Preston Farm, Stockton on Tees. Please note this is a 6 to 8 month contract.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will prospect, qualify, and sign up existing customers from our clients database, as well as prospect new opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Customer Service, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is highly motivated to achieve their targets.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
- Answer or make calls to current clients to learn about and address their needs and complaints, with the goal to assist them in signing up for new projects with the company.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
- Utilise software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Working hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
