We are a market‑leading company specialising in the manufacture and installation of PVC‑U and aluminium windows and doors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customers’ homes to carry out service, repair, and remedial works, resolving any reported issues in line with our guarantees and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose faults and complete all reported service and remedial works to a high standard
- Repair and adjust PVC‑U and aluminium windows and doors in accordance with industry regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times, clearly explaining issues and solutions to customers
- Represent the company professionally when working in customers’ homes
- Minimum 10 years’ experience fitting Windows and Doors
