We are seeking dedicated Aseptic Technicians to ensure the highest quality manufacturing processes while adhering to GMP regulations. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop an SME-level understanding of GMP manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Complete training sessions and maintain training documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide operational support, including material stocking, kit preparation, reagent preparation, cleaning activities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Review batch records, logbooks, and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Serve as a qualified trainer for aseptic processing, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Identify and communicate training needs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to resolve operational challenges without compromising production.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Participate in daily huddles and escalate issues to Area Management as needed.
  • Process finished products according to validated batch records and SOPs.
  • Monitor and record critical process parameters to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a safe and ergonomic work environment.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Operate electric and manual hand trucks.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and computer-based assignments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Conduct reconciliations in primary packaging batch records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to mentor and guide new technicians.
  • Strong adaptability to rapid changes in production needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High School Diploma required; BS/BA in Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline preferred.
  • Understanding and adherence to cGMP regulations and documentation standards.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to perform in a controlled environment for extended periods.

Salary Range: $24.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Days: Monday through Thursday Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
