About the Role
At bdhSterling, we provide specialist cross-border financial planning advice to clients in the UK and Australia. We’re now seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team in our Epsom office, supporting advisers and operations while delivering an outstanding client experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is professional, service-driven, and enjoys building lasting client relationships. You’ll bring:
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer or client service roles.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience within financial services or professional services administration.
- Knowledge of financial advice processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing queries and building strong relationships.
- Prepare, process, and track client applications, transfer requests, investment instructions, and compliance documents.
- Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Operations to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Produce clear and accurate client communications, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Maintain accurate records, update client databases, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Support the wider team with research, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks including incoming calls, mail distribution, and greeting clients.
