ROLE
- To supervise, coach and train the billing team to support them in delivering their respective services
- Ensure team are billing in line with client specific requirements and regulations
- To audit and approve invoices in system and ensure invoices are sent to clients timely to optimise cashflow.
- To ensure all costs are billed timely and accurately
- Regularly review processes to ensure optimum efficiencies and accuracies.
- To provide day to day management to the team
- Partner with multiple Commercial Operation Leads to align billing strategy and interests.
- To report to the Financial Controller and provide analysis
- Monthly presentation to Senior Leadership
- Ad hoc tasks in line with Billing and Senior Leadership requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in supervising and training of staff
- Maintaining accountability in the team
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with confidence
- Taking an active part in new client implementations
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Mailbox management
- Pro-activeness and can-do attitude
- Working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills at all levels
- Excel intermediate to advanced skills
