General position summary
The Global Services Supplier Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the global supplier relationships, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers across various regions including EMEA and APAC.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of services and products.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards and improvement measures.
- Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supplier relationships and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of supplier interactions, performance metrics, and contractual agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all supplier activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a global services subject matter expert resource, providing guidance and support to both internal and external customers on best practices, solutions and industry trends.
- Supplier Invoicing: Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with any issues involving account payables and receivables.

- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in the global mobility or related industry.
- Experience in EMEA and APAC regions is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

- Bachelorβs degree in accounting / business administration, or commensurate experience.
