What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Collaborating with teams across the business to provide financial insights
- Helping to improve financial systems and processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of learning and development
- Ensure all analysis complies with relevant accounting standards, ethical codes, and internal policies
- Contribute to audit readiness and compliance activities as required
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, translating financial insights into business actions
What we’re looking for
- Good organisational skills and time management

- Problem solver – presents options when escalating issues
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- AAT qualified (Level 4 or Equivalent), with some practical experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Mathematics
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to completing the CIMA qualification
- Residency: you must have been residing in England for the last 3 years, and not currently in full-time education
