About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Spa Reception Supervisor has become available for our Kohler Waters Spa at the Old Course Hotel. Kohler Waters Spa creates relaxing, rejuvenating experiences inspired by the natural restorative properties of earth’s mineral‑rich waters. It’s the only Kohler Waters Spa outside the US and offers a range of treatments or an all‑day immersion with therapeutic water treatments and results‑oriented facial and full‑body massages. The Spa Reception Supervisor is an integral position within the team. In this role you will support your team to deliver a warm, attentive and efficient experience ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.
Responsibilities
- The first point of contact for all guests whether in person, by phone or by email.
- Providing excellent customer service to all members and guests from the moment they walk through the door.
- Implementing, in conjunction with the Spa Operations Manager, training plans for excellent attendance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease with people from all walks of life.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to providing a first‑class welcome and ensuring guests leave satisfied.
- Ability to deal calmly but firmly with occasional difficult guests, reaching a satisfactory outcome.
- Flexible approach to the job and ability to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Computer literate.
- Team player.
- Excellent communicator and good listener.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Smart appearance and good personal hygiene.
Hours: Permanent Full Time, 40 hrs.
Salary: £30,361.60 per annum.
