About the Role
Our award‑winning Food and Beverage team is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in Swilcan Loft.
Responsibilities include:
- Mixing and presenting a wide variety of cocktails, including classic recipes and original creations with precise measurements and attention to detail.
- Providing knowledgeable drink recommendations based off guest preferences.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests in line with AA 5‑red‑star standards.
- Fulfilling drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Keeping the bar area and glassware clean and regularly stocked.
- Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends.
- Working with the Bar Manager to create new exciting options for our cocktail menu.
To be successful in this role you should have the following qualities and experience:
- Previous bar / mixology experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Mixology qualification would be highly desirable but not essential.
Hours: Casual 0hrs
Salary: £13.28 per hour
