Job Summary
As part of the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement team, you will identify, lead, and deliver improvement projects across end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on material flow, operational efficiency, service levels, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects across supply chain and operations, from opportunity identification through to implementation and benefit realisation.
- Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, constraints, and improvement opportunities using data, process mapping, and on-site observation.
- Design and implement practical improvements to material flow, inventory management, warehousing, and internal logistics.
- Apply lean and CI methodologies (5S, SMED, Error Proofing, Flow, Pull, TPM, VSM, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Visual Management, Gemba) to remove waste.
- Own improvement initiatives from concept to delivery, including problem definition, solution design, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and sustainability of results.
- Work closely with plant, supply chain, and engineering teams to embed improvements into standard ways of working.
- Support the development of CI capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured problem solving.
- Track and communicate project progress and benefits using data and performance measures.
Skills / Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, operations, or related discipline.
- Experience delivering continuous improvement or transformation projects within supply chain or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of material flow, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Practical experience applying lean and CI tools in real operational settings.
- Experience with ERP/supply chain systems to analyse data and support improvement initiatives.
- Strong project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
