Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy helping customers and are quick thinkers. Ideally, you'll have one or more of the following:
- Previous insurance experience
- Previous sales experience
- Experience working from home
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude, great communication skills, and confidence on the phone
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Your role will involve supporting customers with their insurance needs mainly through inbound calls, plus follow-ups with warm leads.
- Speak with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate quotes
- Sell private motor and commercial van and taxi policies
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (aiming for 30 per day)
- Take payments and manage online quote follow-ups
- Work closely with your team and Team Manager
- Promote additional products where suitable
- Meet service levels and compliance standards
- Aim for personal and team targets with support along the way from your Team Manager
No cold calling. Full training provided including systems, underwriting basics, product knowledge, and sales techniques which takes 6 to 8 weeks working Mon to Fri 9 am to 4 pm (30 minutes lunch).
Working HoursFlexible working available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm. Choose the pattern that fits your life best. Saturday work (9 am to 2 pm) is optional. Sunday work (10 am to 2 pm) is optional.
