We're looking for an organised, approachable and detail-focused Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting colleagues, managing varied administrative tasks and contributing to a positive employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time . This includes Inputting timesheets to the payroll system and assisting the Payroll manager to process payroll.
• Maintain and update the HR/Payroll System: Ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date and compliant
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
• Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Responding to routine HR queries from colleagues and managers.
• Assisting with absence, holiday and employee data administration.
• Coordinating training activities, meetings and HR communications.
• Supporting the HR team with reports, projects and general administration.
• Helping ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A professional, approachable and helpful manner.
• Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a successful family business.
