About you:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic leader with a passion for retail and team development. You have experience managing a team, providing training and mentorship, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. You are driven by results, with a strong ability to execute merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Your attention to detail ensures displays are visually appealing and on-brand, and you are skilled at analysing performance to optimise stock and meet targets. You have excellent communication skills and are confident in managing employee relations and performance feedback.

Your new responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure effective performance and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, ensuring displays are aligned with brand aesthetics and updated regularly.
  • Drive sales performance, manage team targets, and optimise stock allocation based on sales trends and customer feedback.
  • Oversee operational management, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and stock replenishment, while ensuring effective communication within the team.
  • Handle employee relations, conduct return-to-work interviews, manage grievances, and provide performance feedback.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed to support business objectives and maintain store efficiency.
