The Role:

The role of a Furniture Sales Associate is to inspire and support customers in identifying and purchasing products they desire, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through enriching interactions and excellent sales service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide memorable customer service interactions and increase company growth and revenue through sales
  • Manage point of sale processes
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
  • Ascertain customer needs, inspire and sell an array of products for the home
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

About you:

  • Proven work experience in retail sales is desirable but not essential
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Friendly, engaging with a genuine desire to help people
