Job Title: Flooring Sales Associate
Location: Uddingston, Scotland
Salary: Competitive base salary of £27,222 with the potential to earn up to £45k+ OTE
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, including weekends)
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a motivated Flooring Sales Associate to join our existing team of Flooring experts. If you're passionate about great service and love working in a dynamic retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About The Role:

At our store, we offer a wide selection of carpets and flooring products to suit every style and budget. You'll be responsible for providing accurate estimates based on measurements from our estimator, handling all sales-related paperwork with precision, and ensuring top-notch customer service through in-person, phone, and email communication. You'll also support other sales departments as needed and use your product knowledge to recommend and up-sell additional items, helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions while boosting sales
