Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and employee documentation
- Assist with right to work checks and reference processes
- Help maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
- Provide basic support to colleagues using HR systems
- Monitor and respond to queries in the People Team inbox with guidance
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with employee communications and documentation
- Help track absence records and support payroll administration
- Learn and follow GDPR and confidentiality requirements at all times
