Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and employee documentation
  • Assist with right to work checks and reference processes
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
  • Provide basic support to colleagues using HR systems
  • Monitor and respond to queries in the People Team inbox with guidance
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist with employee communications and documentation
  • Help track absence records and support payroll administration
  • Learn and follow GDPR and confidentiality requirements at all times
