About The Role:
At our store, we offer a wide selection of carpets and flooring products to suit every style and budget. You\’ll be responsible for providing accurate estimates based on measurements from our estimator, handling all sales-related paperwork with precision, and ensuring top-notch customer service through in-person, phone, and email communication. You\’ll also support other sales departments as needed and use your product knowledge to recommend and up-sell additional items, helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions while boosting sales.
