As Flooring Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team to drive sales, deliver expert advice, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in store-wide collaboration, bring product knowledge to life, and lead from the front – motivating your team and serving customers hands-on every day.
