A respected care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join their team as a Lead Nurse within a welcoming nursing home setting. As the Lead Nurse, you will help oversee clinical standards, support colleagues, contribute to care planning, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals. To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience at Senior Nurse level or above within a nursing home environment.
