Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional events? We are recruiting on behalf of a unique and highly regarded events venue set within a stunning natural environment in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, close-knit team delivering bespoke weddings, private celebrations and corporate events in a truly special setting.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will support the full lifecycle of weddings and events from initial enquiry and sales through to hands-on delivery on the day. This is a varied, client-facing position combining sales, administration, planning and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Client Management
- Respond to enquiries, prepare tailored proposals and conduct venue show rounds
- Act as a key point of contact for contracted clients and wedding couples
- Maintain accurate records and monitor conversions via event software
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and suppliers
- Create detailed event plans, function sheets and kitchen briefs
- Coordinate suppliers and in-house teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage event budgets in line with senior management guidance
