A well-established care provider is seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join the team at a beautifully maintained care home in Kent. The home offers high-quality residential, nursing, respite, and dementia care within a warm and welcoming environment. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the night shift, providing hands-on care while supporting and guiding Care Assistants to maintain excellent standards throughout the home.
