A Telford children and young people’s service is looking for a compassionate, inspiring Residential Support Worker to help provide outstanding residential care in the local area. The service offers a safe, secure and nurturing home for young people aged 16+ who require round-the-clock support relating to their mental health and wellbeing. Residents receive extensive support to build their confidence and independent living skills in a tailored environment, taking a positive approach to development and self-expression. Depending on your experience and preferences, you could join as: Team Lead – £14.00 per hour Residential Support Worker – £13.00 per hour Waking Night Support Worker – £13.00 per hour You’ll be able to make a real, tangible difference to the young people in your care with great opportunities for professional recognition and further development.
