A Telford children and young people’s service is looking for a compassionate, inspiring Residential Support Worker to help provide outstanding residential care in the local area. The service offers a safe, secure and nurturing home for young people aged 16+ who require round-the-clock support relating to their mental health and wellbeing. Residents receive extensive support to build their confidence and independent living skills in a tailored environment, taking a positive approach to development and self-expression. Depending on your experience and preferences, you could join as: Team Lead – £14.00 per hour Residential Support Worker – £13.00 per hour Waking Night Support Worker – £13.00 per hour You’ll be able to make a real, tangible difference to the young people in your care with great opportunities for professional recognition and further development. Whether you’re new to this environment or an established childcare worker, we would love to hear from you. This is a permanent Residential Support Worker position, ideally full-time. Part-time may be considered.
