An Assistant Psychologist opportunity is now available for a driven psychology graduate, which will see you join an incredible team at a specialist neurological centre in Milton Keynes. The MDT brings together expertise in neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, and specialist nursing and rehabilitative therapies to provide exceptional support for individuals with a neurological condition – such as a neurodegenerative disorder or an acquired brain injury – who experience related and additional complex symptoms that impact their independence.

Your collaborative and person-centred approach will help support effective, targeted neuropsychological interventions, with access to top-line tools and resources to better support positive patient outcomes and your own continued development within the field. This is a permanent position for an Assistant Psychologist, full-time and part-time considered.

Person specification:

  • (Essential) Completion of an accredited BSc (Hons) Psychology degree, postgraduate conversion course, or equivalent
  • (Essential) Graduate membership of the British Psychological Society (or eligibility for)
  • (Essential) A clinical interest in neuropsychology and psychometrics
  • (Desirable) Previous experience within a neurology or care-based service
