A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join their team in a specialist compliance-focused role. This is a non-patient-facing pharmacy role focused on governance, compliance and quality improvement — with no dispensing or prescription checking responsibilities.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to audits, policy development, quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing review of medicines management practices. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident building strong relationships with colleagues across multiple teams. You will also be comfortable presenting to professional audiences at both national and international conferences.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist looking to move into a non-patient-facing role, combining office-based work with travel while supporting governance, compliance and quality improvement across pharmacy services.

Person specification:

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within UK community pharmacy
  • Good understanding of pharmacy operations, compliance requirements and the development and implementation of SOPs
  • Must be willing to be flexible to travel as required including some weekend and evening events
  • Comfortable presenting to the wider team and audiences
  • Right to work in the UK required (no visa sponsorship available)
