Supported Living Manager - Learning Disabilities Role: Supported Living Manager (Multi-site) Location: Gateshead Office Are you an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? An established supported living provider is looking for a Supported Living Manager to oversee a cluster of services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across Gateshead. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking to progress into a broader operational role. You'll support the effective running of multiple services, working with teams to maintain high standards of care and support while ensuring the people supported are able to live as independently as possible. Experience of supported living, learning disabilities and/or autism is important, with experience of more complex support needs desirable. You do not need to be CQC registered, but you should be willing to work towards registration and develop your leadership experience.
