A growing, values‑led children's residential care provider in Lewisham is looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead one of their homes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation founded by experienced social care professionals, with a strong focus on trauma‑informed care, positive outcomes and creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
You’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, leading and developing your team, and maintaining high standards of care while driving positive outcomes for young people.
We’re looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering child‑centred care.
This is a permanent Registered Manager position based in Lewisham, offering a competitive salary, excellent support and genuine opportunities for professional growth.
About you:
- Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within a children's residential service
- Proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare/willing to work towards
- Confident in managing budgets, compliance and quality assurance processes
- Right to work in the UK - please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position
