A respected residential care organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant to become part of its dedicated team, supporting residents with thoughtful, individualised care in a warm and supportive home environment. The home is a newly built residence operated by a luxury care provider; the home will feature stylish communal areas and a warm, homely atmosphere, creating a comfortable setting that supports exceptional, personâcentred care.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead shifts, support junior staff, assist with care plans and medication, and ensure high standards of care are maintained. This is a permanent position with either day or night shifts available. There are also bank shifts available if you are looking to pick up shifts that suit you.
Person specification:- Previous experience working within a residential care home
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, or working towards it
- Experience supporting or supervising staff
- Eligibility to work in the UK at the time of application (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
