A leading hospital in Scotland, specialising in advanced surgical and elective healthcare, is seeking a Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to join its perioperative team. The team delivers a diverse caseload spanning orthopaedic and spinal procedures, general surgery (including vascular and breast), gynaecological and urological work, as well as more complex cases such as cardiac and oncology-related care.

Person specification

  • (Essential) NMC (RN Adult) or HCPC (ODP) registration
  • (Essential) A strong interest in transitioning into theatres
  • (Essential) Willingness to develop within a theatre speciality
  • (Essential) Eligibility to work in the UK at the time of application (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
  • (Desirable) Experience in orthopaedics, general, gynae, or urology
