A well-established residential care service in the Durham area is currently recruiting Care Assistants and Bank Care Assistants to join its dedicated team. The service provides high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with a range of complex and long-term needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and rehabilitation requirements. These roles offer both permanent and flexible bank opportunities, allowing you to choose hours that suit your availability while still making a meaningful impact. We have a mixture of days or nights (or both!) available. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team committed to delivering excellent standards of care in a safe, welcoming environment.
Person specification:
- Previous experience working within a care environment such as residential care home or nursing home
