A leading care provider is looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to support the delivery of outstanding care within one of its nursing homes.
Working alongside the Home Manager, you'll help lead the clinical team, maintain high standards of care and compliance, support staff development, and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC registration and previous leadership experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
- Proven ability to lead, support and develop clinical teams while maintaining high standards of person-centred care.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, CQC standards, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Right to work in the UK β visa sponsorship not available.
