A premium nursing home in Surrey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team as a Unit Lead Nurse. This home provides high-quality nursing, dementia and respite care in a bright, welcoming environment, with thoughtful memory-friendly design throughout. As Unit Lead Nurse, you will take responsibility for the clinical leadership of your unit, supporting the delivery of safe, person-centred nursing care. You will lead and support the nursing and care team on shift, monitor clinical standards, and ensure care is delivered in line with best practice and regulatory requirements, helping residents achieve the best possible quality of life. This is a permanent, full-time Unit Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) position. The role covers day shifts only and includes alternate weekend working.

Person specification

  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RMN)
  • Experience working within nursing home environments
  • Strong clinical skills and experience within elderly care, to include the preparation of care plans
  • Previous clinical team leadership experience
