A well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Sandwich, Kent is currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join its skilled team. The successful candidate will be working within a modern 50,000 sq ft facility, offering in-house design, manufacturing, and assembly services. The company is committed to delivering high-quality solutions at competitive prices and exceeding customer expectations on every project.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIG welding (Stainless Steel)
- Skilled in metal polishing to a high standard
Desirable Experience
- Operation of press brake and saw machinery
- Experience with site work and installations
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly rate up to £17.00 (dependent on experience)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate
- Sunday paid at 2x rate (if Saturday worked)
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
