A well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Sandwich, Kent is currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join its skilled team. The successful candidate will be working within a modern 50,000 sq ft facility, offering in-house design, manufacturing, and assembly services. The company is committed to delivering high-quality solutions at competitive prices and exceeding customer expectations on every project.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIG welding (Stainless Steel)
  • Skilled in metal polishing to a high standard

Desirable Experience

  • Operation of press brake and saw machinery
  • Experience with site work and installations

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Friday: 07:00 – 13:00

Pay and Benefits

  • Hourly rate up to £17.00 (dependent on experience)
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate
  • Sunday paid at 2x rate (if Saturday worked)
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
