A well-established and growing provider of speech and language services is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the team, supporting children and young people across the Stratford area in schools and community settings. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced therapists, with a strong emphasis on support, supervision, and continued professional development.
You will be part of a collaborative and experienced team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across a predominantly paediatric caseload, with dedicated support for ongoing learning and career development. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver therapy for children with a range of communication needs, working closely with schools, families, and other professionals to support development and outcomes. There is also the opportunity to gain experience within adult services, allowing you to broaden your clinical exposure if desired.
This is a permanent position working term time only + 3 additional weeks, offering an excellent work/life balance.
Person specification:- BSc Speech & Language Therapy/equivalent with full HCPC registration
- Experience or interest in children’s therapies including educational settings
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Eligibility to work in the UK at the time of application (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
- Safeguarding supervision
- ½ day per week of NQP time
- Work iPad with SLT focused apps
- Balanced schedule between client facing and admin
- Term time working – 13 weeks annual leave per annum
