We’re recruiting for a Street Works Coordinator to join a busy Street Works team within the utilities and infrastructure sector. This role will support the day‑to‑day coordination of street works activities across multiple contracts, working closely with internal teams and Highway Authorities to ensure compliance and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing Section 74 charges, FPNs and defects
- Supporting KPI and performance reporting
- Assisting with permits, traffic management requests and suspensions
- Liaising with Highway Authorities and internal teams
- Supporting administrators with escalated queries
- Managing defect administration and invoice reconciliation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Street Works / highways administration role
- Good understanding of NRSWA legislation, permitting and traffic management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Organised, detail‑focused and confident communicator
