A premium nursing home in south-west Hampshire is now seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join the team. Bordering the beautiful New Forest, this home promotes tailored nursing, dementia and respite care, with a bright and airy environment and specialist design techniques used throughout. Comfortable modern furnishings, a range of cosy social and private spaces, a packed entertainment programme and outstanding hospitality combine into a luxury living experience.
As a Senior Nurse you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of outstanding patient care and will support the home with the implementation of practices to uphold high standards. You will work closely with department leads and help develop more junior members of your team. Person specification:
- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- Experience working in a nursing home environment
