Senior Care Assistant to join its dedicated team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

The newly built home offers luxury facilities, stylish communal areas and a comfortable, homely atmosphere.

As a senior team member, you’ll lead shifts, support junior staff, assist with care plans and medication, and maintain high standards of care.

Shifts are 12hrs with alternate weekends working required.

This role is working night shifts, covering 8PM – 8AM.

Person specification

  • Previous experience working within a residential care home
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
  • Good clinical skills including managing care plans, medication, risk assessments
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Unrestricted UK Right to Work (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
