Are you an experienced Care Assistant ready to take the next step into a senior role?
A well-established residential care service in Wirral is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join its team, supporting older residents, including those living with dementia.
You’ll deliver hands‑on, person‑centred care while leading and supporting Care Assistants, overseeing daily activities, care planning and medication support to ensure high standards of care.
About You
- Previous residential care home experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care with willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3
- Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
