The Role
- Leading construction projects from client handover through to final completion
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery
- Managing multiple live projects across design, production, and site teams
- Owning programme, cost, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Driving clear communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution
- Managing variations, scope changes, and project close-out
- Supporting on-site safety, risk audits, and compliance

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or project‑led environments
- Strong programme management and coordination skills
- Commercial awareness with confidence managing costs and variations
