A well‑established, innovative pharmacy employer is seeking a Pharmacist to join a modern hospital-based pharmacy in Plymouth. As an Outpatient Pharmacist, responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Overseeing safe and accurate medicine supply
- Supporting clinical service delivery
- Contributing to the development of outpatient pharmacy services
