A premium Glasgow care home has a great Unit Lead opportunity now available for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN).

This home was purpose-built so that residents can receive expert nursing and dementia care while enjoying a truly luxurious living experience, retaining as much independence as possible – complete with on-site salon, chef-prepared menus, accessible landscaped gardens, and a packed activities programme.

The home has set units for particular care needs; as Unit Lead , you will plan, coordinate, and monitor clinical activities within your unit.

You\’ll assess and devise care plans for new and existing residents, manage the team\’s activities, and monitor patient experience to maintain the highest standards possible.

  • Essential: Previous experience in a Senior or Lead Nurse role
