This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a caring nature who is passionate about supporting older people and making a genuine difference to residents' daily lives. The home provides high-quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care within a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
The successful candidate will have a warm and compassionate approach, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to support older people. Previous care experience is beneficial, but not essential. The home offers a supportive management team, excellent standards of care and opportunities for ongoing training and career progression. This is a Full-Time position (44h per week).
