This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing contracts, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standardsâparticularly within historic and listed buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple contracts across restoration and conservation projects
- Manage and mentor Contracts Managers and site teams
- Ensure projects meet financial, quality, and programme targets
