A well-established and reputable construction contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team in Maidstone. This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading and preparing competitive tenders across a varied portfolio including commercial, residential, and heritage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate cost estimates from first principles
- Leading tender submissions from enquiry through to final submission
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in construction

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines
- Relevant qualification (desirable but not essential with experience)
