This service provides high-quality care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia and other age‑related conditions, in a warm, person‑centred environment where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their day‑to‑day needs, helping them to enjoy each day through personalised care, companionship and meaningful interaction. If you are new to care, full training is provided – you will just need a compassionate, caring attitude!

Person Specification

  • Caring, compassionate with a genuine desire to support older people
  • Previous experience in care, support or healthcare setting would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Applicants must have an existing, unrestricted right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this position
