A premium residential care home in Waterlooville - brand-new and opening in Winter 2026 - is looking for an experienced care professional to join the team as Deputy Manager! Purpose-built to provide exceptional residential, dementia and respite care, this luxury home has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy comfort, independence and outstanding person-centred support.
As Deputy Manager, you'll support the General Manager in leading the team and maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing. Person specification:
- Previous or current experience at Deputy Manager level or experience working at Team Lead/Senior Care Practitioner level within a Care Home setting
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (willing to work towards Level 5)
- Experience managing care plans, safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- Comfortable leading a team
- Commutable distance to Waterlooville with reliable transport
